 1. Brief introduction:

   Shanghai Yanzheng Homogeneous Reactor is used for a small amount of material batch reaction, kettle body adopt high quality non-magnetic 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel which is finished, hand tightened and possesses features of good sealing, high safety, less solvent consumption and easy to use. Lined with Teflon PTFE or para-polystyrene PPL bushing two kinds of materials which are optional, double protection, acid and alkali corrosion, up to 12 samples can react simultaneously at one time according to the differences of the proportion of loading materials and reaction time, improve the efficiency of the reaction.

2. The parameters of Shanghai Yanzheng Homogeneous Reactor:

  1). Number of reactors: less than or equal to 12.

  2). Single reactor volume: 10-500ml.

  3). Design pressure: less than or equal to 6mpa.

  4). Rotation speed: 0-200 r / min.

  5). Divided into A, B type according to the use of temperature:

     A phase of the reactor: Teflon lining, the use of temperature is less than or equal to 200 ℃:

     B phase of the reactor: PPL lining, the use of temperature is less than or equal to 260 ℃:
